Everything was good, marvellous location really close to St Mark's square in approx 10-15mins, and the city transport, affable staff. Had a sensational breakfast, a huge room with a lovely view over the sea. The cost was £ 59. Greatly enjoyed the location in a guest house inside the alley. Plus, landscaped gardens was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Again, walking distance to a long - standing Venetian - style church. Classic-style building, lovely romantic rooms with an ok air condition, a magnificent view and great views. 100% recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. Pleasant place overall, it is clean, location is absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice directly across from the Fondamente Nuove stop. The rooms are spotless and silent, with a mini bar and coffee. The beds are comfy, and the breakfast is excellant. Offers terrific service and good food.

Amazingly nice staff and functional rooms, we had a wonderful experience. We appreciated rooms with lagoon view. The location was great and beautiful - right by the Rialto bridge, the boat stop and the centre of Venice and the Rialto bridge. Besides, the property was 1 km away from a wide canal. The service was absolutely terrific.
